The FY 2026 GL Data Collection is required for Maryland DDA providers who delivered and were reimbursed for traditional DDA Medicaid Waiver services from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.
Providers who do not submit on time may be subject to sanctions, including withheld LTSSMaryland payments and/or penalties of up to $500 per day while the report remains outstanding.
